This is a great watch for the money.I've taken it surfing a few times now -- the tide indicator works reasonably well, provided you set it up correctly (google recommended for that) -- and after simply washing away any sand or surf wax from the day, it still looks glossy and brand new.I have a few watches, some of which are exponentially more expensive than this one, but I find myself wearing this more and more (even when not doing anything that would require the G-Shock 'toughness').It works well and just happens to look great to boot.
