Automatic atomic time/date adjustment and precision, no batteries to worry about, can wear when exercising and in the shower afterwards, looks great for work and play...this is my perfect watch.Lots of functions for a non-digital; I tend to be button-challenged but I found the instructions to be more user friendly than some I've experienced.Larger women's watches are in style now, and this one is great looking.In short, I love this watch!!
