I purchased this watch for my dad as a Christmas gift.He's pretty active and wanted to get him something that he wouldn't have to worry about.It's a pretty solid watch. The rotating bezel rotates firmly with no "wiggle".The metal bracelet isn't too heavy but not toylike and the clasp closes and locks with no problem.
The movement is a quartz driven/battery powered.
For under a $100, it's a pretty good buy.
