There are no instructions on how to adjust the metal band. The band is ridiculuously large. I don't know whose wrist it is suppose to fit. Unlike other manufacturers like seiko where
you can adjust the band by moving a spring loaded rod along a metal clasp which has lots of holes in it and covers a distance
of an inch and a half or more.This watch has metal clasp with only 3 holes over a distance of less than a quarter inch. The only way to adjust this band is to take it to a watch repair place and have the links removed.
Note that Amazon includes a "watch care & returns" brochure which states that "watches that have been resized or otherwised altered will not be accepted for return". Ain't that a catch 22?
