I got this watch yesterday and needed to shorten the wrist band, but couldn't figure out how to do that.So I emailed customer service, and this morning I got an email reply with a very detailed pdf document with lots of pictures and close-ups on how to do just that.
If this watch is as good as their customer service, I'm gonna be a happy camper! 8^)
