The wrist band is easy to adjust if you go and buy the pin remover as advertised on Amazon ($9.00 or less)and go to Casio watch tech. support to understand how to do it . Wrist band adjustment should be put in with instructions with watch and show an illustration and one bad part that one customer wrote was the monthly adjustment ? We'll she was correct in that every month with less than 31 DAYS DOES NEED TO BE ADJUSTED ! It's not to difficult to do though . All-IN-All a good watch at a great price .
