All buttons on front (not on the side) ... Great feature for me since I was always accidentally pushing side buttons on other watches by either back-wrist flexing and or digging deep in tight pants pocket.
CON: The databank feature is useless for me personally, and generally slow and cumbersome with very little uses these days with cell phones that all have built in phone books.But skipping over it is not a problem ....
