This watch is a good value for the money.It's fairly simple to program. The hourly alarm is a nice discreet little beep that keeps on track.There were a few minor things. An alarm I did not set, went off once.It does have a tendency to switch to military time but switches back with a touch of a button. Being a leftie, I do wear it on my right wrist. So it could just be a design glitch.
